(ABC, Inc.) is hiring energetic, compassionate individuals as Behavior Technicians to provide life-changing ABA therapy in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
No prior experience required—we offer paid training and a supportive team environment!

What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
- Implement behavior plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track progress and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.
- Attend trainings and team meetings to grow your skills.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
✔ High school diploma (college students or graduates preferred).
✔ Interest in psychology, education, or related fields (ideal but not required).
✔ Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.
✔ Compassion, patience, and a desire to learn!
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish)? Big plus!
