At AV, you’ll sharpen your engineering skills alongside a talented, supportive engineering team that’s passionate about what they do. We’re proud of our strong mentoring program which provides design engineers with the tools they need to grow and succeed. On a typical day, you’ll work with other engineers to understand project scopes, prepare structural plans, draft details, run calculations, or visit job sites. Along the way, you’ll learn to ask the right questions to ensure accuracy and efficiency while gaining exposure to a variety of work from custom homes and remodels to industrial facilities, mid-rise commercial buildings, and more.

We’re looking for candidates who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis
- Have EIT Certification (or actively working toward it)
- Are ready to take on challenges, learn new things, and contribute to exciting projects
