About the Role
We are hiring a Summer Camp Experience & Enrollment Coordinator to be the face, energy, and voice of our center during our summer season.
This is not a passive front desk role. We’re looking for someone who can actively engage families, create excitement around our programs, and confidently convert conversations into enrollments (CLs).
You’ll combine guest experience, sales, and camp coordination—greeting families, running check-ins, promoting programs, and playing a key role in our weekly Friday camp showcases.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Greet and check in campers and families with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Create a welcoming, high-energy environment from the moment families walk in
- Manage daily camp check-in/check-out and attendance tracking
- Answer calls, texts, and emails; handle parent questions confidently
Sales & Enrollment (Core Focus)
- Engage with parents and proactively promote camps, memberships, and programs
- Turn walk-ins, inquiries, and daily interactions into enrollments and leads (CLs)
- Clearly communicate program value and benefits to families
- Support follow-ups and help maintain strong relationships with prospective customers
Camp Engagement & Showcases
- Actively participate in the daily camp flow—not just observe
- Assist during transitions, breaks, and high-traffic periods
- Help organize and energize Friday showcases, ensuring a great parent experience
- Encourage parent engagement and use showcase moments to drive future sign-ups
Operations Support
- Help open and prepare the center for daily activities; assist with closing tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby
- Communicate updates, feedback, and opportunities to the Center Director
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic personality—you enjoy talking to people and taking initiative
- Strong sales mindset and confidence in asking for enrollments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with kids and interacting with parents daily
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and results-driven
- Available for the full summer program, including Fridays for showcases
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in sales, retail, front desk, or customer-facing roles
- Background in camps, education, or youth programs
- Interest in STEM, robotics, or technology
Position Details
- Temporary summer role: June 8 – August 21, 2026
- Part-time with potential for additional hours during peak weeks
- Pay: From $18.00 per hour + potential performance-based incentives
