Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, travel, and communications
- Prepare polished Powerpoint presentations and visual materials
- Support and participate in executive meetings, taking notes and ensuring follow-up
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate cross-department communication and special projects
- Leverage digital tools to improve organization and presentation quality
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Confident, proactive, and detailed-oriented with a creative mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
