Job Full Description
POSITION – Driver/Warehouse Worker
LOCATION: Long Beach, CA
RATE: $20/hr.
HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Full Time, 40 hours/week)
Requires Drug Test and MVR
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Deliver products to clients using 2500 pick up truck
- Load & unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Delivery is about 60% work in warehouse about 40%
- Maintain Records and paperwork
- Maintain inventory levels needed for clients
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Obey traffic laws & follow established traffic & transportation procedures
- Must speak English well, Spanish is a plus.
- Customer & personal service, present a positive image of the company.
- Able to manage one’s own time.
- Integrity job requires being honest & ethical.
REQUIREMENTS
- Drug test and good Motor Vehicle Record
- Must have a valid driver’s license & be able to get a TWIC card or already have one.
- At least 1 or more years driving experience with light to medium Trucks.
- Forklift Certificate or previous knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs. with correct lifting techniques.
