As a Behavior Technician you will:
– Provide clients with highly effective in-home treatments in the field of ABA
– Follow and implement behavioral intervention plans as designed under the mentorship of your Supervisor and BCBA
– Share input on the day-to-day operations of your client’s program
– Track clients progress and growth
– Educate families/caregivers on behavior interventions strategies

Technical Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License, Car Insurance, and Reliable Transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BA/BS or AA a plus! (with coursework in psychology or a related field)
- Experience with kids is necessary if you do not have experience in the field or a degree in a related field (psychology, child development, education, etc)
- Flexible with work schedule to accommodate potential needs during M-F 2pm-8pm peak hours
- Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learn
