Ready to Move Forward? Join the Pon Management Development Program!

Launch your career with the Pon Rotational Management Program and enjoy the freedom to build your own path!

“We move you to a better world.” This isn’t just a slogan—it’s our promise. At Pon, we prove that innovative entrepreneurship, caring for people, and protecting the environment go hand in hand. We’re looking for top talent with diverse perspectives to help us make a positive difference. Is that you?

The World of Pon

Pon is a global company with over 11,000 employees across 32 countries entailing a diverse portfolio of 120 businesses. Pon North America (PNA) is the U.S. based holding company within this large network. You will have the exclusive opportunity to work in two high-end, prestigious sectors: Luxury Automotive (representing legends like Porsche, Ferrari, and Lamborghini) and World-Class Bicycles (including Cannondale, Cervélo, and Santa Cruz). With us, the scale is global and the scope for discovery is endless!

Pon’s Core Values

  • Passion to Perform: We share a passion to perform. We focus on real results. We finish what we start, and we go that extra mile. We don’t give up.
  • Trust to Act: We’re trusted to do a good job, and we deliver it. We use that freedom to apply our talents and qualities for the best results.
  • Care & Act Responsibly: We’re responsible for all our actions, and we consider the consequences for our stakeholders and the environment. We’re honest, open, and direct.
  • Make it Fun: At Pon, enjoying your job is a serious business! We’re open, informal, and cheerful. We allow everyone to be who they are.

Your Next Adventure

As a Management Program participant, you’re not just an employee, but potentially a future leader on a 20-month journey. You’ll tackle three high-impact projects (6 months each) and a 2-month Customer Experience deep-dive across different Pon companies within the US (and possibly abroad!). While we pick your first project, you take the driver’s seat for the rest, choosing your path across Automotive and Bike business groups.

You won’t travel alone! You’ll have an elite support squad, including an external coach, a senior mentor, and a vibrant alumni community. This is your chance to experiment, innovate, and find your passion within our global network.

Destination: Leadership

The goal? To prepare you for a management team role within five to seven years. Whether it’s Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Operations, we provide the platform; you provide the ambition. After the program, you’ll be eligible for a full-time placement to start your long-term legacy at Pon.

Your profile

You will have the opportunity to shape your own future, which is why the following is required:

  • You show autonomy, leadership, proactiveness, and entrepreneurship
  • You easily connect and enjoy working with people with diverse backgrounds and all layers of the organization (from workshop to the boardroom)
  • You are interested in the mobility industry and driven to make a positive difference together
  • A Bachelor’s degree completed between May 2026 and May 2027 (please not that this program is not designed for students with a Master’s degree)
  • Fluency in English
  • And last but not least, humor, enthusiasm and having fun is very important (it’s in our Pon DNA)!
