During this session, you’ll learn about our career development programs designed to help you build leadership skills and gain hands-on business experience:

Management Trainee Program
Our 15-month rotational leadership development program provides exposure to multiple areas of the business through project-based learning and real-world experiences. Participants develop the skills and knowledge needed to prepare for future leadership opportunities within Cintas.

Internship Program
Our paid 10-12 week rotational internship offers students the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. Interns gain experience across Operations, Service, and Sales while working on a meaningful capstone project that delivers real business impact.
